BioWhen I was studying in France during the Spring of '06, I met a pair of Germans one day while waiting for the bus. One of them asked if I spoke English, and was in need of directions to the central square in the city. As I didn't often frequent that end of town, I couldn't give him directions more specific than which was the right bus to take. It was the same bus I was waiting on, so I offered to translate directions from the driver. As we got on I asked her which stop we needed for Place Stanislas, and she said she'd call me over when it came up so she could give directions. We chatted for a bit, and then I heard the driver calling something initially indeterminate. "Mademoiselle Blonde! Mademoiselle Blonde!"
